In early 2007 we were successful in our bid to become the region's dedicated Staff Development Centre. This allows us to deliver a range of qualifications to other trainers, particularly skills for life practitioners, therefore professionalising the workforce and helping to improve the quality of the provision. The SDC will also deliver higher level, management courses as well as NLP taster courses to the region's businesses to help the North East workforce achieve its potential. Unlike other training providers, the SDC incorporates strategies from alternative therapy to ensure employee wellbeing, as we believe a happier, healthier workforce is better for business and better for the individual.
