Recruitment Advertising your vacancy with us is free of charge and could help you, as a business, recruit from a sector you aren't currently reaching. We match your requirements with the skills of our candidates and if we think we've got someone who meets your needs, we'll let you know. We use a combination of face-to-face interviews and innovative profiling techniques to ensure that we give you an accurate picture of the candiate. Each of our candidates is prepared for work with a series of skills assessments, traning courses and employment preparation programmes to ensure that they're ready to return to the labour market. We can even tailor make our prgramme to match your own recruitment process and incorporate any specific training you'd prefer. Retention Keeping good staff isn't always easy. Our career healthchecks can make sure your workforce are in the right roles, enjoying their work, and have the right training. Staff Development Providing staff with the right skills for the job is an essential part of business. We offer accredited NVQ, ILM and Personal Effectiveness courses to help your workforce develop.
